mil44 is strictly an adult platform. Account registration is only permitted for users who are 18 years of age or above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed. Bonuses obtained through multiple accounts are not paid out and the associated accounts are subject to permanent closure.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on mil44. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods or devices — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mil44 will close the additional accounts, may close the original account depending on the severity of the breach, and will forfeit any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts.
You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information to obtain access to the platform or to circumvent any verification requirement is a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. mil44 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other service and enabling biometric login on the mobile app where available. You must notify mil44 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. mil44 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to secure their account.
mil44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that must be completed before a player can make their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. mil44 may request updated verification documents periodically to comply with platform security standards.
mil44 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless stated otherwise on the deposit page. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. To be eligible for a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the payment method. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer during public holidays.
Deposits made from payment accounts registered in a name other than your own mil44 account name will not be accepted and will be returned. mil44 does not accept anonymous deposits or deposits made on behalf of another player.
All bonuses offered on mil44 — including the welcome bonus, weekly reload offers, cashback promotions and any special seasonal offers — carry wagering requirements. The wagering requirement is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games on mil44 contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirements. Bonuses and free spins on mil44 have an expiry date from the point of activation. If the wagering requirement has not been completed by the expiry date, the bonus balance and any associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry dates and times are clearly stated for each promotion before you opt in.
mil44 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or systematically exploiting promotional terms.
All games available on mil44 — including slot titles, live casino games, table games, sports betting markets and bingo rooms — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these platform-level Terms. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, mil44 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake amount to the player's balance. Wins resulting from a demonstrable technical error that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions are not valid and will not be paid.
Sports betting markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing a bet. mil44 reserves the right to suspend or void markets in the event of match postponement, abandonment, suspicious activity or error in the odds displayed. Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds shown at the moment of submission, subject to confirmation.

By registering an account on mil44, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. All data processed in connection with your account is held securely and is not shared with third parties except where required for payment processing, identity verification or compliance purposes.
You may request the closure of your mil44 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal timeframe. Any active bonus balance at the time of closure is forfeited.
mil44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, provision of false information, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.3, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other illegal activity associated with the account.
In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold any balance on the account pending a full investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
mil44 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and game integrity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network issues and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.
mil44 will not be held liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity issues on the player's side; use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted; failure by the player to read and understand the rules of a specific game or market before placing a bet; or losses resulting from the player's own decision-making in gameplay.
The maximum liability of mil44 to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
mil44 may update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
